Derecho de Desistimiento (Clientes de la UE)

De conformidad con la normativa europea de protección al consumidor (Directiva 2011/83/UE), los consumidores residentes en la Unión Europea tienen derecho a desistir del contrato de compra en un plazo de 14 días naturales desde la recepción del producto, sin necesidad de indicar ningún motivo.

Para ejercer este derecho, debe notificarnos su decisión antes de que venza el plazo de 14 días, contactándonos en support@dryhound.com. Los gastos de devolución corren a cargo del cliente en estos casos. El reembolso se realizará en un plazo máximo de 14 días desde la recepción del producto devuelto.

30-Day Return Policy

You have 15 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

How to Request a Return

1. Contact us at support@dryhound.com or via our contact page within 15 days of receiving your order.
2. Include your order number and reason for the return.
3. We will provide return instructions within 24–48 hours.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with a photo of the item. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items returned more than 15 days after delivery.
• Items that have been used or are not in original condition.
• Items damaged due to misuse.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective product or our error, in which case we will cover the return shipping.
