DryHound ships worldwide. All orders are fulfilled and dispatched within the timeframes described below.

Please note: DryHound operates as a dropshipping store. Orders are fulfilled by our international suppliers and shipped directly to you. This means delivery times may be longer than traditional retailers.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. During peak periods (promotions, holidays), processing may take up to 5 business days.

Free Shipping

We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. It may take 3–5 business days for tracking information to appear in the carrier's system.

Customs & Duties

Orders shipped within the EU are not subject to import duties. For orders outside the EU, customs fees may apply depending on your country's regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order has not arrived within 30 business days of shipment, please contact us at support@dryhound.com and we will investigate immediately.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are unable to modify addresses once an order has been dispatched. DryHound is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
